These are the rules of conduct and layout of league:

If you sign up for a Championship League You MUST attend every session. If you cannot make a session you must email and let us know ahead of time, No Exceptions! If you don’t send in email that you can’t make a race then you will forfeit you spot in the League an If you sign up for a Championship League You MUST attend every session. You will however have 2 provisionals, what that means if you email that you are going to be missing a race then you will receive 10 points less than the last place finisher. There are 7 different Championships to choose from. Make sure the one you pick fits your schedule.
1.)THESE RULES WILL BE FOLLOWED by all drivers period.
2.) Drivers will not use profanity or display abusive behavior

Use common sense and there will be no problems, This
is so we have nice clean FUN racing.
4.) Drivers will use REAL NAME for racing, makes it easier to keep track of
everyone's points. example: my user name is Falcon, but Racing I use my real
name Mike Manifold this also applies to your .car files. So you will have to set
up a separate login name with WON. NET using your real name. Please
rename your .car file so it can be easily associated with you, rename it with
part of
your Real last name and car # example is mine: man131.car use the first 3 or 4
letters and your car # Thx
5.) Bumper drafting
a.) NO bumper drafting in corners (this keeps the wrecks to a minimum)
b.) Bumper drafting is allowed on straights, so as long as it is a clean hit,
not off to one side or the other
c.) If you are caught bumping excessively you will be warned, second offence
your out. There also will be NO BUMPING while under caution or pace. No reason
you can’t stay behind a car without hitting them. This action WILL NOT be
tolerated at all. Nor willfully causing an accident. If someone notices this
behavior you will be expelled from League. We want a clean race here. I hope I
have stressed this enough, but if your driving abilities don’t allow you to
hold your line then you should practice more and not think about racing in a
League. The Championship held on Saturday nights is for beginners and pros
alike, it is meant to be a fun race and not too serious whereas the Tuesday and
Thursday Night races are for the pros.
d.)
These 2 rules should help it preventing a wreck filled race. Since all options
will be on.
6.) Race Schedule will be posted on site.
7.) We will be alternating between Nascar 3 fast and slow tracks
a.) Example would be one race Dega next Sears Point

The championship will be made up of a minimum of 10 race
a.) One Points race a week per Championship, make sure you are at the one you
signed up for.
b.) Drivers will meet 45 minutes before Actual start of race for pre-race
meeting, meeting will last 15 min. Track will open 30 min before race.
c.)
This will give everyone a chance at the Championship
9.) I would like to see everyone paint their car and use a real sponsor (Not
Budweiser, Kellogs,ect. unless you have direct contact with these companies).
Example: My car is sponsored by Nascar Online Touring Series (hmmm maybe
cause I own the company) You may use the name of the company you actually work
for or just run with you as the sponsor and just have creative graphics on the
car, Up to you.
a.) This will eliminate the liability of copywriter laws
b.) If you have a Team you race for use them as your sponsor
10.) The Main Goal here is to have CLEAN, FUN, RACING!!!
11.) You must agree to ALL of these terms and conditions to be part of the League.
13.) We go by all of the Real Nascar Rules so get to know the rules!

The Nascar Online Touring Series reserves the right to change the rules at any point in time.
